  19. ISSUE/PROBLEM:     Novell has officially discontinued all sales and
  20. support for Multiuser DOS 5.0 & 5.1 as of 5/1/93.  As a result
  21. Novell has contracted with three companies for distribution and
  22. development of DR Multiuser DOS 5.0 & 5.1.  Those companies and
  23. respective areas that they support are as follows:

  47. per call basis for $25.00 for each fifteen minutes.  Annual support
  48. contracts are also available with substantially reduced charges per
  49. call.  Free support is available for all sites of dealers who
  50. regularly purchase from CCI.  Free support is also provided through
  51. the CCI 24 hour bulletin board.

  78. 5.0 or 5.1 from any source will receive free support from IMS by
  79. fax only.  Users requiring a substantial amount of support will be
  80. invited to take out a support contract.

  84. party developers.  All Multiuser DOS information will be moved to
  85. this new location no later then 5/14/93.
